The " BMC green finance seminar " is a series of events launched in 2023 by the Institute of Finance and Sustainability in the Beijing Sub-Center. By offering the latest expert insights in the field of green finance, the seminar provides an offline platform for professionals interested in green finance development and financial institutions engaged in green finance activities. Its aim is to further drive innovation and advancement in green finance products and services, positioning the Beijing Sub-Center as a pioneer and hub of innovation in the green finance sector.

Since its inception, the seminar has received strong support and active participation from the district government, media partners, and industry peers. The Tongzhou District Financial Office, as a long-term supporting partner, has provided guidance and assistance to the seminar. Media outlets such as CLS.cn, 21st Century Business Herald, and over 20 other media organizations have partnered to promote the events through special columns, co-hosted activities, and ongoing coverage. Institutions with significant industry influence, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), have participated in discussions and exchanges. In 2023, the first and second sessions of the "green finance seminar" were successfully held in the sub-center, attracting more than 30 organizations and over 20 media outlets for on-site participation.
