The success of local pilot projects, as a crucial “bottom-up” lever of green finance, have been proved to be replicable and scalable. The green finance pilots will continue to be leveled up and expanded. The Center is committed to customize local green finance systems by exploring a differentiated pathway. Our research includes, but not limited to, designing an overall plan and strategies, creating a roadmap aligned with the "dual carbon" goals, and compiling a priority list for investment and financing in green finance.
