Since the formal introduction of the G20 Transition Finance Framework, there has been a heightened focus among all stakeholders on the standards and practices of transition finance across diverse sectors, leading to proactive engagement. Centered around the five pillars of the framework, this event seeks to delve into the practical complexities and challenges encountered, drawing insights from cases. Additionally, it aims to facilitate an interactive discussion session with the audience.

Co-hosted by the Bank of China and DBS Bank, co-chairs of GIP Working Group on Transition Finance (WG4), and with the support of Oliver Wyman, the event will feature insights from experts representing financial institutions and research organizations in China and abroad. They will share their perspectives on transition taxonomy, banking practices, information disclosure and just transition during the proceedings.

We will provide simultaneous interpretation in both Chinese and English. The seminar agenda is attached below.
