GIP WG3 Webinar

2024.06.20

Background

Sustainability-linked Loans (SLLs) have become a popular product in the sustainable finance world today. They help embed a company’s ESG commitments into its financing structure and encourage the company to continually improve its sustainability performance through a unique margin adjustment mechanism. SLLs are also essential tools in helping companies transition as part of their sustainability journey.

With the establishment of dedicated Working Group 3 (WG 3), which focuses on green financial product innovation and is co-hosted by Industrial Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, supported by Deloitte, we aim to delve deeply into the SLL product during this webinar. We will share structuring methodologies and innovative case studies from different industries, assessment rationales by SPO providers, as well as regulatory guidance and market insights.

English and Chinese simultaneous translation will be provided for the event. If you are interested in the seminar, please scan the QR code below to register. Please note that event details will be shared upon successful registration.
